Kosher Mehadrin in Badetz Beit Yosef

A unique limited edition box containing three bottles of wine, each with a part of artist Moti Golan's work, "Requiem for a Kibbutz." The work combines past and present, and tells the story of the kibbutz as part of Israeli history. The three bottles in the series by winemaker Yossi Sidon - Tel Shifon White, Rose and Red - together make up the complete and exciting work.

Tel Shyfon White 2024

Varieties: Sauvignon Blanc 90% Chardonnay 10%
Growing area: Northern Golan Heights
Vintage dates: Sauvignon Blanc 7/8 Chardonnay 8/8
Production process: The base wine, Sauvignon Blanc grapes, were harvested manually.
In early August, the grapes were cooled for 24 hours, separated from the stems

The Chardonnay was harvested the next day and pressed using the same pressing technique.
About a third of the must from each variety was poured into large wooden barrels with a capacity of 500 liters.
